Automatically mark employees Absent (A) for any day where they did not punch in, take approved leave, or have a holiday. Existing attendance records are never overwritten.

Scheduled: This job runs automatically every night at 11:59 PM IST for the current date.

Safe by design: Days with any existing status (P, PL, CL, SL, W/O, H, COFF, O/D) are left untouched.

Holidays: Employees are skipped when a matching Holiday record exists (system-wide or site-scoped).
